The unofficial tiara is unavailable.
If mabinogi already runs normally for you then you have no need to uninstall.
If you want to uninstall delete bdcap32.dll and bdcap32.dlx, then download this to replace it.
(again delete what is before the "http://www.mediafire..." in the url box)
I will try to get r75 on here asap, just need to wait until it comes out.

yeah it's from the bdcap32.dll, every mod pack has a core dll change. the mod pack before this one had mss32.dll as the core but nexon patched it
